This policy explains how Purple Directive (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use QuillPDF and its related websites and services (the “Services”).

About QuillPDF

QuillPDF is a set of tools for working with PDF files. Its PDF tools work in your browser, so the files you open in them are not uploaded to us. If you choose a feature that sends a file somewhere, such as sending a document for signature where offered, we receive what that feature needs. If you choose to send us feedback or report a problem, we receive the information needed to look into it, such as your message, the page you were on and, if you give it, your email address.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Such as your name, email address, account details, messages you send us, and content you upload, create or share through the Services. If you make a payment, you give payment and billing information, which our payment providers process.

Information we collect automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may collect information such as device, browser and connection information (including IP address), pages and features you use, the date and time of your visits, and the page that referred you. We may use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

Information from other sources. Such as payment providers, services you choose to connect to the Services, and publicly available sources.

How we use information
