1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuillPDF (quillpdf.com), operated by Purple Directive LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

QuillPDF provides online PDF editing, merging, splitting, compression, conversion, and AI-powered document tools. The service is available in a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. Free Tier

  • Limited to 3 operations per day.
  • Access to all 8 PDF tools.
  • 50 MB file size limit.
  • No account required for basic tools.

4. Pro Subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Pricing Changes

We may modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all documents and files you upload or create using QuillPDF.
  • We do not claim any rights, title, or interest in your content.
  • Files are processed in your browser or in memory and are not stored on our servers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuillPDF to:

  • Process, distribute, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuillPDF is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Directive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to QuillPDF at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Continued use of QuillPDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
